CURE's mission is to protect and restore communities and landscapes by harnessing the power of people who care about the environment. this projects focus is on finding solutions for CURE to connect with their audience through their website, email, social media, and events, effectively communicating their mission, and engaging with rural communities.

Process
The objectives of this research were twofold: to enhance user engagement for CURE's existing user base and to attract new users. To achieve these goals, our research involved conducting stakeholder interviews, conducting comprehensive deep-dive secondary research to uncover critical pain points and gather valuable insights that significantly informed the project's direction, creating a strategy statement and developing a touchpoint strategy map.

The Significance
The project's objectives were to develop a multi-touchpoint design strategy aimed at engaging, educating, and retaining the involvement of Millennials in Greater Minnesota within CURE. Our primary focus was to create a comprehensive approach for CURE to better connect with both their existing user base and potential future users. This strategy sought to enhance their social media presence and discover new methods for gathering insights on community contributions within their platform
What I Learned
Through this project, I have developed strong data analysis skills, enabling me to effectively assess community contributions and user interactions. In addition, I gained substantial experience in formulating a multi-touchpoint design strategy, encompassing the planning and implementation of diverse approaches to engage and interact with a targeted audience.
